Reservation request

This is a reservation request and not a final booking! The reservation is only final when we have confirmed this to you with payment details. Please complete the form below and we will reply as soon as possible, but at least within 24 hours.

We will only use your personal data to communicate with you regarding your reservation and information request.

Rate information

PLEASE NOTE

  • We do not have facilities for babies and toddlers.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

  • The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

RATE CONDITIONS

  • The minimum stay is 2 nights.

  • Our rates are per night including water, electricity, air conditioning and heating (based on fair use policy).

  • Our rates include bed linen and towels.

  • Our rates are subject to change.

  • We don't charge a damage deposit and cleaning costs.

  • Our rates do not include the cost of cancellation and travel insurance.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

After receiving your reservation request, we will contact you within 24 hours. When the apartment is available you will receive a final booking confirmation.

  • A deposit of 50% to be paid within 7 days of booking.

  • The outstanding amount is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Apartment occupancy with 1 guest or 2 guests

€ 120,- per night  /  € 840,- per week

Apartment occupancy with 3 guests or 4 guests

€ 185,- per night  /  € 1.295,- per week

Apartment occupancy with 5 guests or 6 guests

€ 255,- per night  /  € 1.785,- per week

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. Different times will be taken into consultation.

  • You can park your car in front of the apartment on the public road. This is at your own risk.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

  • It is not allowed to let third parties use the apartment without the permission of the owners.

  • Waste must be deposited in the appropriate container.

  • Please do not cause any noise disturbance either inside or outside the apartment after 11 p.m.

  • The main guest is legally responsible for any damage made by him or her and their fellow guests to the apartment and goods.

  • Guests must behave properly and in accordance with the apartment usage instructions given by the owners.

  • The owners can, in case of violation of the general terms & conditions or at inappropriate behaviour, deny or refuse guests access to the apartment.

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by email quoting your name and arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

  • Prior to 1 week before arrival, we will charge 50% of your total reservation amount.

  • On the day of arrival or "no show" we will charge 100% of your total reservation amount.
